Expressive arts therapies encompasses a range of creative activities like painting, drawing, movement, music, writing, and sandtray. It is used to help individuals explore emotions and experiences that may be difficult to express verbally. When words fail us, there are other ways to express ourselves and heal. I invite individuals to explore emotions, thoughts, and experiences through creative processes. We’ll begin with a free 15-minute phone or video consultation. This is a chance for us to connect, for you to ask any questions, and to see if we’d be a good fit for working together. If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule an initial intake session
